Delivery times and charges
Open Eye Gallery are pleased to be able to offer delivery of online orders to anywhere in the UK. We aim to dispatch all online orders within two working days. If your order is required urgently please contact us on info@openeye.org.uk
UK Standard delivery, transit time – 3 to 5 working days
Under 1kg £4.50 GBP
1kg-2kg £5.50 GBP
Over 2kg £6.50 GBP
When buying tickets please select the 'Tickets only’ delivery option to ensure you are not charged a postage/packaging fee.
Refunds
Unfortunately Open Eye Gallery is unable to offer a refund unless the item is faulty. Faulty items must be reported via email to info@openeye.org.uk with 28 days to obtain a full refund. Open Eye Gallery will refund any postage paid to send back the faulty item.
